Integration Specialist

‍Role and Responsibilities:

As an Integration Specialist at Rizewell, you will:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their technical requirements and integration needs.
• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions that connect Rizewell products with client systems (e.g., HRIS, CRM).
• Manage the entire integration lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure data security and compliance standards are met throughout the integration process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and client stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in integration development and API management.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js.
• Familiarity with integration platforms and tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Zapier, Dell Boomi).
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging abilities.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A commitment to quality, security, and best practices in integration.
